The CITY OF MENTOR will receive sealed bids at the Purchasing Office, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio, 44060, until NOON (local time ) on September 5, 2014 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter.
Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided on website or Request For Proposal packets will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing. Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
