The CITY OF MENTOR will receive sealed bids at the Purchasing Office, 8500 Civic Center Blvd., Mentor, Ohio 44060, until NOON (local time) on May 17, 2013 for:
ELEANOR B. GARFIELD POOL FILTRATION REPLACEMENT
Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided on website or Bidding Documents may also be obtained for a non-refundable fee at the Purchasing Office.
Bids to be submitted in a plain envelope sealed and marked with the bidder’s name, address and the title: EBG Filtration Replacement. Envelope shall be addressed to the City of Mentor – Purchasing Department
ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE BID FORMS PROVIDED IN THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS.
There will be a pre-bid meeting at 10:00 a.m. on May 9, 2013 at the Eleanor B. Garfield Pool, 7967 Mentor Avenue, Mentor, Ohio, 44060. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
Prevailing wage must be paid by any Contractor involved with public renovation work valued to be more than the amount specified in the O.R.C. Section 4115.03 (b) (1) or (2), as applicable. The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio.
