The CITY OF MENTOR will receive sealed bids at the Purchasing Department, 8500 Civic Center Blvd., Mentor, Ohio 44060, until NOON (local time) on August 7, 2015 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project:
Light Pole Foundation and Directional Bore Installation Project at Civic Center Boulevard
Bids must be in accordance with specifications advertised and on forms provided on website or Request For Proposal packets will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing, pick-up at the Purchasing Office. The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the website.
