Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12:00 Noon on February 1, 2019 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project:

SIDEWALK REPAIR / PEDESTRIAN SAFETY PROGRAM – ZONE 4B

OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $280,000

COMPLETION DATE: AUGUST 16, 2019

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided below, or RFP’s will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing.  Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
