Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12:00 Noon on Friday, February 3, 2017 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project:

SIDEWALK REPAIR/PEDESTRIAN SAFETY PROGRAM – ZONE 2C
OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $375,000
COMPLETION DATE: JULY 31, 2017

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided here or Request For Proposal packets will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing.  Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
