Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12:00 Noon on November 23, 2016 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project:
TIN MAN ROAD 8” WATER MAIN EXTENSION
OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $115,000.00
EARLY START DATE: January 15, 2017
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: February 28, 2017
RESTORATION COMPLETION DATE: March 15, 2017
Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided on website or Request For Proposal packets will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing.
The bidder shall be responsible to check for the Addenda and obtain same from the website.
