Comedy night returns to the Mentor Civic Amphitheater as Mary Santora, comedian, and cohost of The Alan Cox Show on 100.7 WMMS, headlines on June 26, 2021.
Santora has made a name for herself as one of the best up-and-coming comics in the country, being named “The Best Undiscovered Comedian in Ohio” by Thrillist Magazine and “Best Female Comic” by Cleveland Scene Magazine three years in a row.
The slightly dark, incredibly quick, observational style of Mary Santora’s comedy is one that is uniquely her own. Drawing from real life experiences, Mary takes the audience on a hilarious storytelling driven ride, while seamlessly weaving in and out of crowd interactions, leaving a lasting impression on every crowd that sees her.
Santora’s debut album, “Hillbilly Boujee” hit #1 on both iTunes and Amazon, #5 on Billboard, and can be heard regularly on SiriusXM.
Special guests will include comedians, Juanda Mayfield, Joe Briggs, and John Bruton.
Attendees can enjoy food and beverages from some of the area’s most popular food trucks as well as a selection of beers and wines which will be available for sale.
The Mentor Civic Amphitheater features lawn seating – attendees are encouraged to bring their own blankets or lawn chairs. Outside food is permitted although outside alcohol is not. Coolers will be checked at the gate. Attendees are advised that this will be a PG-13 show for some adult content and innuendo. The show begins at 8:00 PM. Gates will open at 7:00 PM. Admission and parking are free of charge.
