  1. AMERICAN PATIO ROOMS & MICHELLE GALEMMO FOR 6300 TINA DRIVE, PP16-C-082-A-00-046-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01(b) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 192-sq.- ft. home addition at a 38.69-ft. rear yard setback in lieu of the 50-ft. minimum rear setback required in the R-2, Single Family Residential District.
  2. FIRST AMERICAN BUILDERS & CORDOVAN M. BURRINGTON FOR 7167 HAVERFORD BOULEVARD, PP16-C-068-B-00-015-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.04(b) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a garage addition at a 23.33-ft. side setback on a corner lot in lieu of the minimum 35-ft. setback required for corner lots in the R-2, Single Family Residential District.
  3.   4. MATT LALLO FOR RUFF NEON & LIGHTING MAINTENANCE, INC. requesting an Administrative Appeal of the decision of the Chief Building Official to revoke Contractor Registration (REG-31142), as regulated under Sec. 1307.05 of the Mentor Code of Ordinances.
