Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on August 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:

AN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP (FIRESTONE) AT 5811 & 5799 HEISLEY ROAD, PP16-B-065-0-00-005,006-0 in the M-1, Light Manufacturing District by Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC & Delta Wye, LLC.
