SR-306 Final paving of roadway between SR-2 and Lakeshore Blvd scheduled to begin on October 14th. Traffic will be switched to one half of the roadway while the other half is being repaved. This section should be completed the week of October 17th. The final phase of the project to repair and resurface the commercial corridor between Mentor Avenue and SR-2 will begin October 13th. Work will be done overnight between 9PM and 6 AM to minimize impact. The entire project is scheduled for completion by October 30th.
Heisley Road Paving for the western portion of the roadway is scheduled for October 12-13th The road will be closed down to one lane, north bound traffic only, between 7 AM to 7 PM as crews pour concrete. No southbound traffic.
Please be advised that there are no left turns permitted at the intersection of Jackson Street and Heisley Road in all four directions until work on that section of roadway is complete.
The project is expected to be completed late fall.
Jackson Street A leveling course is currently being applied to be followed by casting adjustments before the final course is laid. Two-way traffic will be maintained with flagger control in the active work zone.
Work WILL BE SUSPENDED on this project for a few days during the main pour on Heisley Road. Work is expected to be completed by October 30th.
SR-44 NB Ramp to SR-2 WB Ramp will be closed for 45 days to perform bridge repair operations effective September 19th.
