The City of Mentor is proposing to resurface Lakeshore Boulevard from the western corporation limit to Andrews Road. The roadway surface is in of need of replacement. This improvement is scheduled for construction in spring 2025 with an anticipated completion by summer 2025. The project will resurface Lakeshore Boulevard from the western corporation limit to Andrews Road with two-way traffic maintained via daily lane closures. The project will receive a federal grant to cover a portion of the construction.
The estimated construction cost is $930,000
