“With the menu itself, we try to encompass a lot. We try to put a little something on that menu where you can bring a family and you should all find something that will hit what you’re looking for,” said Eric.
A rare gem and must-try feature on their menu is their Hanger Steak which is not regularly available at most stores, butchers, or other restaurants. Prized for its flavor and tenderness, it will surely leave you wanting more.
Being a family-owned business, quality is of the utmost importance at Savoria.
“We try to get higher quality proteins, we try to make most of the dressings, sauces, things like that in house. We try to do a better-quality standard from the get-go,” said Christopher.
Savoria offers specials on weeknights and live music every Saturday, with an outdoor patio for customers to enjoy the warm summer evenings whether that is over dinner with family, or cocktails on a girl’s night out.
