Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on February 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN EVENT CENTER AS A SIMILAR USE AT 7501 MENTOR AVENUE, UNIT 2, PP16-B-031-A-00-016,017,018,019,025-0 in the B-2, General Business & M-1, Light Manufacturing Districts by Upper Echelon Events LLC & Colonial Plaza A Partnership.
