According to the U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey (2011-2015) recently released data, Mentor’s median family income ranks second in Lake County (out of nine political jurisdictions tabulated – villages and places with fewer than 5,000 people are not included).
Mentor ranks 17th among the 56 cities in the five-county area consisting of Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain and Medina counties.
Mentor’s median family income, which constitutes at least two related people was $85,284; the median household income which can be a family, an individual or unrelated people living together was $69, 902.
