Notice is hereby given that Mentor City Council will hold a public hearing on the 5^th day of July, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., at the Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Blvd, Mentor, Ohio to consider:

A ROAD VACATION OF KELLY DRIVE LOCATED SOUTH OF STATE ROUTE 2 AND WEST OF CENTER STREET, PP16-B-040-A-00-003-0, 004-0, 005-0, 006-0, 007-0, 008-0, 009-0, 010-0, 011-0, 012-0, IN THE B-2 GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT BY VISCONSI COMPANIES LTD AND B-ULL ENTERPRISES INC., KELLY MIDWAY SUPPLY CO. AND MMI HOLDINGS LLC.

AMENDMENTS TO MCO CHAPTER 1171 SIGNS, BY THE CITY OF MENTOR.

Copies of the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission Road Vacation and Amendments to the Mentor Code of Ordinances recommendations and copies of the Mentor City Council proposed ordinances regarding same are on file with the Clerk of Council of the City of Mentor.
