PIPER FOR 6134 HEADLANDS ROAD, PP16-D-117-A-00-007-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.04(b) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a new home with a six (6)-ft. side setback from Corduroy Road in lieu of the required 35-ft. for corner lots in the R-2 Single Family Residential District.
