JMA RENOVATIONS & JOHN & NOREEN EVOLA FOR 9463 HATHAWAY DRIVE, PP16-D-115-F-00-006-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01(d) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a garage addition (23-ft. x 18-ft.) at a 10-ft. side yard setback in lieu of the requirement that the side setback shall be at least 15-ft. in the R-4 Single Family Residential District.

MARK POLL, BRAD RHODES & RITE AID CORPORATION FOR 7796 MUNSON ROAD, PP16-C-082-0-00-009-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1171.18(e)(1)(5) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow 85.21-sq. ft. of wall signage on one building elevation and to allow a cumulative total of 170.45-sq. ft. of wall signage, in lieu of the requirements that wall signage not exceed the maximum area of either (i) 1.5-sq. ft. per linear foot of building frontage or (ii) 150-sq. ft., whichever is less; and, that the cumulative total of sidewall signage not exceed 40-sq. ft. on any side building elevation in the B-2 General Business District.

FOR 6134 HEADLANDS ROAD, PP16-D-117-A-00-007-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01(b) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 14-ft. front building setback in lieu of the requirement that the front building setback shall be 50-ft. for lots in the R-2 Single Family Residential District.

FOR 6134 HEADLANDS ROAD, PP16-D-117-A-00-007-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01(b), 1157.02(c), and 1165.04(b) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a guest house on a 0.53 acre parcel in lieu of the requirement that one (1) acre of property is required for detached guest houses, with a 25-ft. front building setback in lieu of the required 50-ft. front setback, and a seven and a half (7.5)-ft. side setback in lieu of the required 35-ft. for corner lots in the R-2, Single Family District.

VOYAGE CAPITAL PROPERTIES, LLC. FOR 6989 LINDSAY DRIVE, PP16-B-038-D-00-002,003,004,005-0 requesting a variance to Sec.1171.18(d)(2) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow for two (2) 28-sq. ft. ground signs with a width of seven (7)-ft. in lieu of the requirement that the width of a ground sign shall not exceed five (5)-ft. in the MIP Industrial Park District.

NEW CREATION BUILDERS & TONY CENTANNE FOR 8686 APPLEWOOD COURT, PP16-C-087-H-00-022-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.01(a)(2) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a detached garage (480 sq. ft.) at a five (5)-ft. side setback in lieu of the requirement that accessory buildings in excess of 125 sq. ft. be a minimum of 10-ft. from the side property line in the RVG Village Green District.

KURT RANEY & JAMES & VICTORIA RANEY FOR 5419 LORREY PLACE, PP16-D-109-B-00-011-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01(d) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 10-ft. side building setback in lieu of the requirement that the side building setback shall be 15-ft. for lots in the R-4 Single Family Residential District.

DONALD & JENNIFER BROWN FOR 6109 IROQUIOS TRAIL, PP16-C-079-D-00-046, 047-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.01(a)(3)(b)(3)&(4) and Sec. 1165.04(b) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a detached garage with a rear yard setback of 10-ft. in lieu of the required 20-ft. rear yard setback; a side setback of 30-ft. in lieu of the required 35-ft. for corner lots; and to allow the size of the garage to be 720 sq. ft. in lieu of the maximum size of 701.12 sq. ft. permitted in the R-2 Single Family Residential District.
