ADAMS SIGNS & SHEFA TOV, LLC FOR 7309 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-B-029-0-00-014-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1171.18(e)(1)(6) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow 85.5-sq.-ft. of front wall signage in lieu of the 65.625-sq.-ft. maximum sign area permitted based on 1.5-sq.-ft. per linear foot of building unit frontage and an additional sign area of 25% for units with a setback over 300-ft. from the right-of-way in the B-2, General Business District.
