Mentor Municipal Center

The City of Mentor is seeking proposals for design, bidding, construction management, project management and grant administration services for a $250,000.00 LED lighting and control upgrade project at the Mentor Maintenance Facility, 6645 Hopkins Road, and Fire Station #5, 8467 Civic Center Blvd.

The design will include providing all plans and specifications for electrical service improvements and upgrades to convert designated light fixtures to LED.    The selected firm will also lead the material procurement process and assist with submitting monthly progress and closeout reports to the funding authority for the improvements designated by the City of Mentor for the Ohio Department of Development’s Energy Efficiency Program for Ohio Communities (EEPOC) grant.  The selected firm will be responsible for enforcement of all statutes and regulatory compliance with the EEPOC program for the duration of the project.  The selected firm will be responsible for contract and grant administration for the duration of the project.  Submittals shall include a summary of the firm, it’s specialization, staff who will be working on the project and recent related projects.
