Mentor’s newest skate park will be formally dedicated this Friday, October 14, 2016 at 4:00 PM.

Located in the heart of the Headlands, this 5,000 square foot park features a variety of pipes, rails and ramps.

“This is an important addition to the community because it offers area youth a safe place to express themselves and hone their skills.  The best part is that the idea was driven by kids in the neighborhood,” says Mentor Ward 4 Councilman John Krueger,  “I think we’d all agree this demonstrates Mentor’s ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest recreation opportunities throughout all parts of the city.”

Tiefenbach Park is located at 4666 Corduroy Road near the intersection of Jordan Drive in Mentor. Residents and local media are invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony.
