Time Warner is changing how you watch The Mentor Channel 12.
Effective on or about May 6, 2014, older television sets will not carry Channel 12 without additional digital equipment.
Please note: you do not need to take action if all of your TVs are connected to a digital set-top box. Also, most High Definition televisions have internal digital tuners that will be able to view The Mentor Channel without additional equipment on channel 96.12.
If you want to view The Mentor Channel 12 on an older set that is not currently connected to digital cable equipment, you may request a Digital Adapter and remote control from Time Warner. These units will be free of charge through September 30, 2015. Beginning October 1, 2015, each of those Digital Adapters will cost $1.50 a month. Units must be ordered before July 28, 2014.
