SR 615 (Center St.) bridge between Carpenter Dr. and Lindsay Dr. over the railroad will be closed overnight Thursday, June 29, at 7 p.m. through Friday, June 30, at 7 a.m. for a bridge deck pour. Detour will be U.S. 20 to SR 306 to SR 2.

Due to the weather forecast ODOT has informed the city of Mentor that new proposed date for the bridge deck concrete pour is Thursday evening 6/29 at approximately 7 PM until approximately 7 AM on Friday, 6/30. A full closure of SR 615 at the bridge will occur during the concrete pour. Detours for southbound traffic follow the truck detour via SR 2, SR 306 and Mentor Avenue. Northbound traffic will be detoured via the same route as well as Mentor Avenue, Hopkins Road and Tyler Boulevard.

The new proposed date for the bridge deck concrete pour is Tuesday evening 6/27 at approximately 7 PM until approximately 7 AM on 6/28. The new alternate weather day would be the same times on Thursday 6/29. A full closure of SR 615 at the bridge will occur during the concrete pour. Detours for southbound traffic follow the truck detour via SR 2, SR 306 and Mentor Avenue. Northbound traffic will be detoured via the same route as well as Mentor Avenue, Hopkins Road and Tyler Boulevard.

Motorists are advised that the Center Street overpass will be CLOSED at 7 PM Friday, June 23rd through 7 AM Saturday, June 24th for concrete deck pour. Please seek an alternate route or follow observed detours at that time. Should inclement weather be a factor that day, the road closure will occur at 7 PM Monday, June 26th through 7 AM Tuesday, June 27th.
