Widespread snow is expected overnight tonight and Friday with considerable impact to the Friday morning commute. The widespread snow will transition to lake effect Friday night, with lake effect snow continuing in the snowbelt region of extreme Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania through Saturday night. Wind chills as cold as -5 to -15 west of I-77 Friday night and early Saturday.
According to the NWS, Mentor has an 87% chance of 8″ or more of snowfall through Saturday.
