Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12 noon on January 20, 2017 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following roadway resurfacing project:

  • ALTERNATE 1 – $79,500.00
  • ALTERNATE 2 – $93,000.00

COMPLETION DATE:   August 18, 2017

 CONTRACT B – $281,500.00

  • ALTERNATE 1 – $46,500.00
  • ALTERNATE 2 – $87,500.00
  • ALTERNATE 3 – $26,000.00

COMPLETION DATE:   August 18, 2017

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided here or Request For Proposal packets will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing.  Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
