The COVID-19 vaccine is being distributed by appointment in Lake County through a number of Points of Distribution, or PODs for short. Lake County residents who currently qualify to receive the COVID-19 vaccine should create an account with the ArmorVax scheduling system by visiting www.armorvax.com. Once an account is created, eligible users will be able to search for available vaccine appointments. Current POD locations include:

- Mentor Public Works Building
- Painesville City Service Garage
- Perry Community Center
- Wickliffe Senior Center
- Wickliffe Service Garage
- Willoughby Hills Community Center

Other local providers are also distributing COVID-19 vaccine in Lake County and are managing their own scheduling. Residents are encouraged to explore all possible options and accept the first appointment offered regardless of provider or vaccine type.

EMA Mass Vaccination Site at Cleveland State University Wolstein Center
This site opened March 17, 2021 and will have up to 6,000 vaccination appointments daily for eligible Ohioans. Weeks 1-3 will be first-dose appointments for Pfizer Vaccine. Weeks 4-6 will be second-dose visits for those who received their first doses in weeks 1-3. For weeks 7-8, plans are still to be determined.
You can register at gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov by searching 2000 PROSPECT AVE E CLEVELAND OH 44115, as noted in the search. Appointments are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
