Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12 Noon (local time) January 22, 2016 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following roadway resurfacing project:

OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: CONTRACT A – $1,025,000.00
ALTERNATE 1 – $47,500.00
COMPLETION DATE: 8/26/2016

CONTRACT B – $285,000.00
ALTERNATE 1 – $52,500.00
COMPLETION DATE: 8/26/2016

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided here or Request For Proposal packets will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing.
