Eligible Mentor residents and small business owners will soon receive enrollment letters from NOPEC regarding natural gas and electric aggregation programs.
Letters will begin mailing in early-April for enrollment in the NOPEC electric program and mid-April for the natural gas program for the period beginning with customers’ June 2023 meter read dates.
As per NOPEC, fixed rate pricing options will be posted on their website on April 4, 2023.

TO OPT IN
If you want to enroll in NOPEC’s Standard Program Price, you don’t need to take any action when you receive your enrollment letter. You will automatically be enrolled.
TO OPT OUT
If you don’t want to enroll in the natural gas or electric aggregation programs, you must return the opt-out form attached to your enrollment letter to NOPEC by mail, or by fax to 440-774-4422, by the date indicated on your letter.
