Get in the spirit of the summer games by participating in the “Mentor Rec Center Games” on Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Mentor Community Recreation Center located at 6000 Heisley Road, Mentor, OH 44060.
This event (ages 8 – 13 division and 14+ division) is filled with fun and friendly competition. Teams of four will compete in relay races, Tug-o-War, water games, basketball shooting contest, and more! Medals will be awarded to the overall team winners in each age division. The opening ceremony will be conducted by Greco-Roman wrestler, Matt Ghaffari; 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympic Games silver medalist and National Wrestling Hall of Fame Distinguished Member.
