Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 11, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW PERSONAL CARE SERVICES AS A SIMILAR USE AT 8500 STATION STREET, SUITE 270 PP16-B-039-A-00-013,026-0 in the M-1, Light Manufacturing District by Synergy Wellness & Matchworks of Mentor LLC.
