Every 2 years, NOPEC is required by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) to send opt-out letters to all residents and businesses that qualify to participate in the NOPEC Natural Gas Aggregation.
Mentor residents and small businesses will start to receive letters in the mail beginning the week of January 22. The enrollment period will run from January 22, 2018 through February 23, 2018 for the contract beginning April 2018 through December 2019.
