Several times throughout the year we receive heartfelt thank you letters, cards, and expressions of gratitude, from our residents for our city safety services. In 2023 our fire department responded to 9,779 calls for service. As we do our best to prevent harm and be nice, please remember that we are here for you because of you. Hopefully, you will never require our assistance, but if you do, please be confident that we’ll be there, as we pledge to continue to deliver professional, cost-effective services in a personal, responsive, and innovative, manner that will always serve the public’s best interest.
We know that it is because of you that we have the equipment and resources to carry out our mission.
