The City of Mentor is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to prepare an Annual Action Plan to govern the use of the Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. These funds must primarily benefit low- and moderate-income persons. Per HUD regulation and the City of Mentor’s Citizen Participation Plan, two public hearings must be held by the City of Mentor.

During this public meeting, the City will solicit input and comments regarding the use of FY2020 CDBG funds prior to the submission of the FY2020 Action Plan to HUD.
